Troubleshooting

If red light is visible, please check if the 

external power supply is connected correctly. 

If red is light visible, please check if the 

corresponding RJ45 access network device 

and the network cable is connected correctly. 

Verify that the network cable is Cat.5 or above 

standard. Please check the network cable 

and /or network device for any damage.

If the light is off, please check and replace the 

RJ45 to see if it resolves the problem. It is likely

that the issue is with the switch port or connectivity 

device such as the adapter, camera or IP phone.

INSTALLATION DIAGRAM

Installation Suggestion:

1.  Connect all your networking equipment (including any PoE devices) to the switch.
2. Connect power to your switch and wait a moment for it to power on.
3. Check the status of your switch.
4. Use the switch in a clean, cool and dry environment. 
5. Remove the power cable before any new devices are connected to the switch.
6. Only use CAT 5 or above to ensure maximum distance of up to 100m.
