8 Maintenance and servicing
8.1 Performing maintenance work
Maintenance and repair work must be performed only by authorised and qualified specialist
personnel.

To ensure optimum hygiene safety, trouble-free function and the reliable long-term opera-
tion of your device, we recommend concluding a service agreement tailored to your re-
quirements with BWT.
1) Perform all the required maintenance work as defined by the

Only original spare parts from BWT can ensure that your device functions without any issues.

8.2 Replacing the pre-filter
Depending on the customer-specific requirements, the pre-filter should be changed periodic-
ally, and at least every three months.
Once inserted, filter elements must not be reused.
To replace the pre-filter, proceed as follows:
1) Open the device door.
