Troubleshooting Tips
If you are unable to sync the Pad Folio keyboard to your iPad, please
implement the following:
•
Please check to see if the battery is charged. In the event the battery
is low, keystrokes and responsiveness will be slow or ineffective. As
such, connect the Pad Folio to an energy source to complete a full
battery charge.
•
Check the power switch to make certain that the unit is On. When the
Pad Folio is On, the green power light above the keyboard will flash for
two seconds.
•
Restart the Bluetooth Switch to make sure the Pad Folio is
discoverable.
•
Make certain the iPad syncing PIN password is correct.
Preventative Maintenance
•
Due to the Pad Folio’s Eco Leather material, exercise care during use
to avoid scratches and/or corrosion to the external casing.
•
Please operate the Pad Folio in accordance to the instructions
set-forth in this manual. Dyconn is not responsible for any
damage and/or injury resulting from inappropriate use or operation
of this product.
