TOOLS REQUIRED:
ASSEMBLY
Your new ride-on toy requires adult assembly. Because your new ride-on toy is
heavy and large, we strongly suggest using two people to finish assembly. Set
aside around 60 minutes for assembly. Identify all parts before assembly and save
all packaging material until assembly is completed to ensure that no parts are
discarded.
17 mm Socket Wrench
(included)
WARNING:
Children can be harmed by small parts, sharp edges and sharp points
in the ride-on toy's unassembled state, or by electrical items. In the unassembled state, this
package contains small parts. Adult assembly is required; children should not handle parts,
or help in assembly of the ride-on toy.
Phillips Screwdriver

Needle-Nose Pliers

1. FRONT AXLE ASSEMBLY
• Gently turn the ride-on toy body upside down and cut off the plastic tie on the
front axle with scissors.
• Remove the M6x16 screw, washer and M6 locknut from the front axle.
• Adjust the front axle so that the axle is in the correct position as shown below;
then reinsert the M6x16 screw as shown, making sure the M6x16 screw goes
through the holes in metal plates A and B (ensure plate A sits over plate B
as shown with the stopper, to prevent fingers from becoming trapped while
steering); attach the washer and locknut and tighten securely with an adjustable
wrench or needle-nose pliers.
NOTE:
Do not over-tighten.
• Repeat above operation for the front axle on the other side.
