• Start operating when
knife or accessories or in
contact with the product.
• Switch Off before with-
drawal from the mixture
always switch off and
disconnect the mixer
if left unattended and
before cleaning.
• Do not allow water/mix-
ture to enter the motor
housing slots when
using or cleaning. For
detachable mixers, dis-
connect machine when
changing accessories.
Be aware that this
product has a moving
blade. Be careful
when you use it, you
may cut yourself.
OPERATING :
Never ope-
rate your JUNIOR without
being immersed in liquid.
• With its unique cutter
blade, it will liquify most
of your preparations. It
has been designed to
work in containers hol-
ding up to 5 gallons (25
litres).
• For maximum efficiency
we suggest to hold the
Mixer in an oblique posi-
tion without placing the
blade protector on the
bottom of the cooking-
pot. (as shown by the
sketch below).
• Connect the plug of the
JUNIOR.
• Press and hold down the
safety button then press
on the control lever (G),
the JUNIOR is now wor-
king and you can release
the security button.
• To turn off the JUNIOR
release the control lever
(CL).
• Suggested immersion
level: 2/3 of the tube.

imperatively unplug the

could have benefit from
