Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with the operation of the massage chair, please refer to the
troubleshooting guidelines below. If you are not able to resolve the issue, stop using the
massage chair immediately and contact your dealer. Make sure to unplug the massage chair
cord from the wall outlet.
1.
Problem
–
The right and left rollers are out of alignment.
Solution
–
The rollers are designed with an alternating tapping mechanism and
sometimes the rollers will be in the stopped position and out of alignment. This is how
they were designed.
2.
Problem
–
The rollers get stuck during movement.
Solution
–
After using the massage chair, the system will reset the rollers to the lower
waist position of the seat back to avoid discomfort.
3.
Problem
–
There is noise during the massage chair operation.
Solution
–
You will hear noises during the tapping function, during the kneading as the
rollers rub up against the massage chair cover, during the roller operation as the rollers
raise and lower, during the air massage as air inflates and deflates, during the air
massage from the pump, and during the raising and lowering of the massage chair back.
This noises are part of the design of the massage chair.
4.
Problem
–
The rollers stop during the massage chair operation.
Solution
–
If the rollers experience too much pressure, they will sometimes stop moving
temporally. You can slightly lift your body or raise the massage chair back on the
controller. This issue may occur when the user is greater than 220 pounds.
5.
Problem
–
The massage chair has no power and will not respond to the controller.
Solution
–
Check to make sure the massage chair power cord is properly connected to
the wall outlet. Check to make sure the Main Power Switch is turned ON. Be sure not to
press 2 buttons at the same time on the controller.
6.
Problem
–
The massage chair power cord is overheating.
Solution
–
Stop using the massage chair immediately and unplug the massage chair
power cord from the wall outlet. Contact your dealer for assistance.
