ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Align top pole with base making sure they line up properly.
2. Install Hex screw and lock washer into base. Insert
into corresponding hole on the bottom of the base
and screw together.
3. To adjust the height turn the locking collar counterclockwise and
slide the smaller diameter steel post to the desired height, lock in
place by turning the locking collar clockwise.
