Delete (Alt + D).
The
Delete
button erases the currently highlighted
reminder. A confirmation window will appear, asking you to confirm that
you really want to delete the reminder. Be careful, as once you have deleted
a reminder you cannot get it back.
Rename (Alt + N).
When you choose the
Rename
button, this selection will
open a window where you may give a new name to the currently highlighted
reminder.
Disable/Enable (Alt + B).
When a reminder is highlighted in the
Reminders
list box, selecting the
Enable
button is like turning on an alarm clock.
Selecting this button will ensure that the selected reminder occurs as
scheduled.
Once a reminder has been enabled, selecting the
Disable
button is similar to
turning the alarm clock off. Selecting the
Disable
button will prevent the
selected reminder from occurring.
Close (Alt + C).
Selecting the
Close
button will exit the
Reminder
menu and
return you to the
Tools
menu.
