Important:
Only ever use and store the massage mattress in a dry environment. Never use it
where it is exposed to abnormal heat, or where it may contact water, for example, in a bath, or in a
steam or dry sauna. Do not use the massage mattress near a shower or a washbasin filled with
water. Ensure that the mattress does not come into contact with moisture, caused, for example, by
water splashes or by vapour condensation. If electronic parts become damp or wet, they can cause
accidents such as electric shocks and may also become faulty. Should the equipment come into
contact with water in any way, for example, being dropped into water, do not attempt to touch it.
First unplug the mattress from the mains electricity supply. Once unplugged, take out the mattress
from the liquid and take it to a specialised service centre for checking and repairing, before
starting to use it again.
•
In order to avoid an electric shock, never dip the equipment or its supply adapter into water or any other
liquid. Similarly do not hold it under the water tap. Do not lie on top of the mattress when you are wet. It is
recommended for hygiene reasons to wear at least one-layer of light clothing when you use the mattress.
•
If you wish to stop using the mattress, always unplug it from the mains electricity supply or from an extension
cable after turning it off.
•
Never have wet hands when you touch the electrical supply adapter of the equipment. Only plug the supply
adapter of the equipment to the electric mains wall socket with dry hands. Ensure that the control unit and
the electric supply cable are dry as well.
•
Under no circumstances use needles, scissors, or sharp tools to work on the massage mattress. These may
damage the insulation of your product.
•
Never stand on the mattress or its unit. Only ever operate the equipment in an unfolded state, fixed onto a
bed or a chair (car seat). Even if you are not using the mattress, do not roll, tightly fold or crease it.
•
During use, pay particular attention to the adapter cable of the equipment. Ensure that it isn't stretched, that
it doesn't become caught on anything or that it may cause a falling-hazard. Never lift or drag the equipment
by its supply cable or control unit. Avoid folding or rolling the mattress to a small size and never place any
heavy object onto the equipment as the internal parts, the integrated heating unit or the external insulation
of the equipment may become damaged.
•
This device is not supposed to be used by physically or mentally handicapped people, or persons without
experience or knowledge (including children, as well), unless such a person supervises or guides their use of
the device, who is at the same time responsible for their safety. As for children, supervision is recommended
to make sure that they do not play with the device. This device is not supposed to be used by children under
the age of 14, not even with supervision!
•
Regularly inspect the massage mattress, its control unit, its supply adapter and its electricity cable to assess
whether they are damaged or injured. Handle the supply cable with care when storing it; do not wind it
around the adapter as this may cause the cable insulation to get damaged or broken. Never lead the mattress
electric supply cable around sharp corners or near or above hot surfaces. Should the supply adapter cable get
damaged, it must be replaced at a specialised service centre. Under no circumstances connect the adapter to
the equipment if it has a damaged cable.
