Important: while using the equipment in your car always ensure you are following the relevant
rules of the Highway Code.
1. First connect the equipment to the network supply adapter (7), then plug the adapter into the mains
electricity socket. (In the case of using the equipment in your car, connect the equipment to the cigar lighter
adapter, then plug it into the cigar lighter socket of the car.)
2. After adopting a comfortable position on the mattress, turn on the equipment by pressing the POWER button
(4) on the control unit (3).
3. The operation time of the massage mattress is set for 30 minutes. After this time period, the equipment will
automatically turn off. During operation you can monitor the remaining operation time on the display.
4. By pressing the "MODE” button you may chose from 8 different operation modes. Subsequently pressing the
button advances you through modes numbered 0-7. After mode 7 you return to mode number 0. The number
of the mode you've selected is shown on the LCD display.
5. Press the HEAT button on the control unit to turn on the heating function; the lower part of the mattress now
starts heating. When you start the heating mode, the word HEAT is shown on the display. Press the button
again to turn the heat off.
6. The heating function does not automatically turn off after 30 minutes. Once activated, it carries on until you
finish using the equipment.
7. If you wish to stop using the equipment, always turn it off by the "POWER” button, then remove the supply
adapter from the electricity mains socket.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Important! Before starting to clean, you must always turn off the equipment, and
remove its network adapter from the electricity mains wall socket.
Important! Never dip the equipment in water or hold it under running water while
cleaning it.
Before starting cleaning, always wait until the mattress is completely cooled down.
1. You may clean the external casing of the control unit by using mild water, and a damp, fluff-free cloth. After
this, wipe the cleaned surfaces again by using a dry, fluff-free cloth. Take special care that no moisture
penetrates the control unit casing. Unfold the mattress onto a flat surface for cleaning, and let it completely
cool down. After it's cool, wipe the mattress surface by using a slightly damp cloth or sponge. No liquid
whatsoever must get into the inside of the product. Consequently under no circumstances do you soak the
mattress in water, hold it under a tap or wash it with a wet cloth.
Before starting to use the equipment again, let all cleaned subparts completely dry out.
POWER SUPPLY
Supply to the equipment is provided by 12 V output voltage AC/DC adapter. Only connect the
supply adapter to a 230 V ~ 50 Hz electric network. Always ensure that the network voltage
where you are using the equipment matches the value on the supply adapter data plate.
Before use
The beneficial effect of using the massage mattress is based on an ancient Eastern massage technique (shiatsu).
Inside the equipment, on the areas that touches the neck, back, waist, bottom and thigh, there are in total 6
pieces of microprocessor-controlled engines producing vibration. Additionally, 10 magnets are located on the two
sides of the backbone. Due to this, the equipment provides a pleasant massage experience and results in several
beneficial effects:
•
Blood circulation is stimulated. This improves energy supply and the metabolism of the body. Due to a proper
metabolism, the body excretes roughage deposited in the blood and veins. Also cell activity is regenerated; it
becomes more active and ageing may be slowed down.
•
Massage helps maintain the flexibility of veins, thereby reducing the problem of chronic hypertension.
•
Regular massage may improve skin and muscle flexibility. A young, fit and healthy appearance may be
preserved for longer.
•
Massage efficiently relaxes rigid muscles. Besides physical work, permanently working in a sitting or standing
position may overload certain muscle groups due to the unbalanced loading of some of your muscles. The
massage mattress helps relax muscle groups. As a consequence, muscle or joint inflammation occurring due
to permanent overloading of the muscles may be prevented.
•
It reduces tension due to stress, and the feeling of pain and tiredness.
•
Unpack the appliance and remove all the packing materials.
•
Inspect the appliance and the accessories carefully to verify their soundness and undamaged condition. Only
perfectly sound and damage-free appliances may be connected to the electrical mains.
USING OF APPLIANCE
The equipment may be used in a lying or sitting position, in your home, office, or even in your car. You may place
the mattress on a flat surface, such as a carpet or bed. However, you can also use the massage mattress in a sitting
position such as in an armchair. In these cases the equipment is fixed to the back of the chair by the help of fixing
band. The equipment may also be placed onto a car seat; for car use you will need the cigar lighter adapter (8)
