Filter Assembly PAD System:
Particle Filter / ecoPAD P3:
Hold the previously inspected / intact filter medium „ecoPAD P3“ by the Sealing Frame and insert it with the Sealing
Lip into the PAD Box mounting of the blower. The filter medium must sit firmly in the housing and the sealing lip must
completely enclose the housing. Do not touch the filter medium itself or the filter center to avoid damaging the filter
medium.
See Figure 4.
Take the filter cover and screw it tightly clockwise onto the PAD box holder.
See Figure 5.
Gas Filter / ecoPAD GF:
Hold the previously inspected / intact gas filter cartridge „ecoPAD GF...“ and insert it with the seal side into the PAD
box of the blower. The filter medium must sit firmly in the housing and the sealing lip must completely enclose the
housing.
Take the gas filter adapter and screw it hand-tight clockwise onto the PAD box.
Combination Filter (ecoPAD GF + ecoPAD P3):
First insert the gas filter cartridge as described above and screw the gas filter adapter onto the PAD box.
Then insert the ecoPAD P3 onto the gas filter adapter as described above and screw the filter cover clockwise onto
the gas filter adapter hand-tight.
Important: The particle filter must always be positioned above the gas filter. Make sure that you use the same
combination of gas filter and particle filter.
Filter Mounting Round Thread Filter System:
Ensure that the filter holder / filter seal of the blower is intact.
Ensure that an ecoPAD filter medium is inserted in the particle filter.
Ensure that the unencapsulated e-breathe filter is tightly closed and correct if necessary.
See Figure 6.
Screw the filter into the filter holder until the filter is firmly screwed.
See Figure 7.
Important: Never install / change the filters while the blower is switched on and never in contaminated or soiled
/ dirty areas, as dirt could enter the blower and cause damages.
4.2.2 Filter Assembly
Information: The fully assembled „e-breathe particle filter“ should not be opened until it is disposed to prevent
damage to the filter media from repeated assembly/disassembly.
Important: As long as the filter is tightly screwed, it is also safe and ready for use if there is still a gap between
the mounting and the lid.
