The company grants a warranty of 12 months on the used parts and processing for the products produced in the Ger-
man permanent establishments of the company (unless expressly otherwise agreed upon); return deliveries conside-
ring the warranty conditions are permitted within this time frame. The warranty time starts with the date of purchase
by the end user.
The company guarantees that these products do not have any material defects or construction flaws at the time of
delivery. Every warranty claim against the company expires in the case of intentional damage, negligence, unusual
working conditions, and non-compliance with the original instruction manual of the producer, improper use or modifi-
cations or reparations by persons who are not authorised by the company.
If claims are asserted during the warranty time, the date of purchase has to be verified. The customer service depart-
ments of e-breath have to be informed about all complaints within warranty time. All settlements have to be made
according to the regulations for return delivery of goods.
Warranty Conditions
Before use, the instructions and instruction manual for the blower, filter, and accessory have to be read careful-
ly. Flawless operations and safe application of the Multimask can only be ensured by the exact compliance with
the regulations provided in these instructions. e-breath does not take liability for damages, which occur be-
cause of incorrect and improper use of the mask, or which arise due to maintenance and repairs not performed
at the facility of e-breath or performed at other facilities, which are not explicitly authorised by the company.
Furthermore, it is pointed out that the respirators are always used only by professionally trained individuals and
under the supervision and responsibility of personnel, which is exactly informed about the application bounda-
ries of the devices and the current laws in the country of use.
