4.4.1 Exchange of Particulate Filters / Combination Filters
Exchange the particulate filter not later than they are clogged. The blower recognises the clogging auto-
matically and gives a warning as described in section 3.6 Operation/Function. Exchange gas/combination
filters when a smell or taste is recognised. Notice that if you use two filters, both filters/combination filters
have to be exchanged at the same time and be of the same type and class. Proceed as follows:
- Turn off the blower.
- Screw off the filter/combination filter.
- Install the new filter/combination filter.
4.4 Ersatzteile
Only use original parts of e-breathe. Do not make any modifications of the equipment. The usage of non-
original parts or the execution of modifications can reduce the protective function and jeopardise the
product authorisation; additionally, the warranty expires.
To be able to ensure the functionality of the device, it has to be maintained by authorised service partners
of e-breath yearly. Service partner can be found at: www.e-breathe.de
The date of the last maintenance of your blower can be found in the SVE menu. Just add one year to this
date to know when the next maintenance is due.

trash but has to be disposed at an identified collection point. Information about
collection points is provided through local authorities or the vendor of the device.
Purpose of the proper disposal is to support the use of materials and avoid environ-
mental damages.

The blower contains a circuit board with electronic components, a small part of which contains toxic substances.
The battery does not contain mercury, cadmium, or lead and therefore is not categorised as environmentally un-
friendly hazardous waste. The plastic components are marked with the material code. Worn-out blowers should be
dispose at a recycling centre to ensure correct handling, collecting, and recycling. Approach the local responsible
authorities to find out about recycling centres near you. Recycle in accordance to the local applicable regulations.
Proper recycling of the product contributes to the efficient use of natural resources.
