Access points IP Settings
Radio button menu:
DHCP
Static
If you select "Static", you will have to enter the IP address of your selected AP.
Security Settings
This will show a list of the supported AP encryption keys:
WPA Passphrase (not supported)
WPA Key (not supported)
WEP64 Key
WEP64 Passphrase
WEP128 Key
WEP128 Passphrase
Set to Default
The current AP will be made the default AP.
Delete
Delete this AP profile.
Roaming
Active On - If phone is connected to an AP or we are in a call and the RSSI signals become too weak
then it will search for other stronger APs with the same SSID.
Low Threhold/Difference: -50db
Decision for low RSSI threshold, use navigation button to adjust number
Handover Delay: 10db
Decision for low RSSI threshold, use navigation button to adjust number
Active Off - Phone will search for other AP's automatically.
If you do not need roaming, deactivate this function to extend the battery standby and talking time.
