Power off the wireless router by unplugging its power adapter.
Power off the IP Phone by pressing and holding down the Power button for two seconds.
Wait 30 seconds, and then power on your cable or DSL modem by plugging its power adapter into an
electrical outlet.
Wait 30 seconds. Power on the wireless router by plugging its power adapter into an electrical outlet
Wait 10 seconds. Power on the UC305W SIP Phone by pressing and holding down the Power button
(The RED right button) for two seconds.
Reboot one of your networked computers, and check for an active Internet connection.
Set up port forwarding on your router. You must specify that four port ranges be forwarded to the IP
address of the IP Phone. These four port ranges are as follows: 5060-5061 (UDP), 53-53 (UDP),
69-69 (UDP), and 10000-20000 (UDP).
2. I receive a DNS failure message on my phone.
To delete the current AP stored in your phone. Search new AP from beginning. Restart your wireless
router as well.
3. The key functionality on my phone is disabled.
Remove and replace the battery.
4. There is strong interference noise during a call or the call is interrupted.
Is there an obstacle nearby that is blocking the signals? Move to another area.
