DESCRIPTION, FUNCTION AND PROPER USE
The HDT 300 transmits HDMI signals in FullHD (1920x1080p at 60Hz) via powerline or LAN, the
max. distance is 300m. A different use than the above mentioned is not allowed.
CONNECTIONS
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make sure all instructions in this manual are completely read and understood before you start
installation of the product.
2. Read the manual carefully and completely, it contains important notes and instructions. Keep the
manual for future reference.
3. This product is not a toy and should not be placed into the hands of children. The package contains
small parts which could be swallowed and result in suffocation or injury.
4. Do not expose the product to heat or direct sunlight. The product may only be installed and used
in dry rooms.
5. A defective product must not be used furthermore. Remove the product from the mains circuit
and secure it against further use. Repairs of defective devices must be done by especially educated
and skilled personnel.
6. The product might get warm during operation. Secure proper ventilation, do not cover the
product and do not put things on top of it.
PACKAGE CONTENT
INSTALLATION (A) - SIGNAL OVER POWERLINE
1. Make sure that all devices are switched off before starting the installation of the product.
2. Connect the HDMI output of your signal source to the transmitter (TX, input) of the HDT
300.
3. Additionally, you may connect a second TV or beamer to the transmitter (TX, loopout).
4. Connect the output of the receiver (RX, output) to the HDMI input of your TV or beamer.
5. Check the setting of the select button of transmitter and receiver both must be set to
„Power Line“.
6. Connect transmitter and receiver each to the mains power inside of the same electric cir
cuit, using the included power cables. An additional phase coupler may be used at
different phases at one counter circuit. Transmitter and receiver will sync automatically.
7. Turn on all connected devices.
8. When not in use, remove transmitter and receiver from mains circuit!
INSTALLATION (B) - SIGNAL OVER LAN
1. Make sure that all devices are switched off before starting the installation of the product.
2. Connect the HDMI output of your signal source to the transmitter (TX, input) of the HDT 300.
3. Additionally, you may connect a second TV or beamer to the transmitter (TX, loopout).
4. Connect the output of the receiver (RX, output) to the HDMI input of your TV or beamer.
5. Check the setting of the select button of transmitter and receiver: both must be set to
„Telephone Line“.
6. Connect transmitter and receiver each to a network port, using the included modular
cables.
7. Connect transmitter and receiver to the mains power. It is not necessary to connect both
at the same mains circuit while data transfer over LAN. Transmitter and receiver will sync
automatically.
8. Turn on all connected devices.
9. When not in use, remove transmitter and receiver from mains circuit!
