Charging 

You can connect M127c to USB port of your PC or laptop for charging. 
 
 

11, Trouble Shooting 

Device fail to power on 

Make sure the power switch is at “ON”position 
Make sure the device has battery power 

No sound from earphone 

Make sure the volume level is no at 0

，

and earphone is well 

plug in 

Make sure the earpiece is clean 
Make sure the music file you are playing is intact and not 

damaged. 

Unreadable screen display 

Make sure you choose the right language 

Bad FM receiving 

Adjust earphone cable’s position 
Shut down nearby electrical devices which might causes the 
interference.  

Can not copy files to the 

M127C 

Check the USB for any damage 
Make sure the USB cable is well connected 
Make sure the driver is installed properly 
Check whether the device’s memory is full
