STEP 1
IDENTIFYING THE BEST TIME TO HAVE A TREATMENT WITH
If your patient has been using the following hair removal methods:

STEP 2
PREPARING THE PATIENT
• Patient has to be settled in an treatment chair lying or sitting.
• Skin must be clean, dry and free of any cosmetic products.
• Make sure that no cream, moisturizer, oil or any other substance has been applied to the skin.
• Shave the area to be flashed.
It is essential that areas of the skin which are to receive flash treatment should be completely free of all hair by shaving (and
specifically not by waxing, depilatory creams or any other method involving the extraction of hairs). Shaving should ideally be
undertaken on wet skin, in order to reduce the harsh effects of the razor.
• Rinse the skin using a fragrance-free micellar water solution. After shaving, the skin must be rinsed perfectly in order to remove all
hair cuttings.
