4.26 Menu Items: Configuration- Remote IP Set
The
Configuration- Remote IP Set
page allows the user to configure the 5 SNMP Manager
positions for remote access and to set up the network parameters for the Network
Communication Board (for SNMP, RADIUS, and Syslog functionality). The DCPS-SHELF-9KW
Rectifier Shelf
is equipped with the Network Communication Board so is capable of SNMPv1, v2c, and v3.
Each of the 5 SNMP Manager positions will accept new settings for the IP Address and check-box
permissions for GET, SET, and TRAP Receiver functions. This page also show the Community
(Read) and Community (Write) passwords, which are needed for SNMP secure access.
Final settings made on this page for the 5 IP Managers and Community Read/Write passwords will
also be shown in the
Network Information-SNMP IP Information
page.
Network parameters for the Network Communication Board are also set from this page and
include the
IP address
,
Gateway
, and
Subnet Mask
. To edit any of these 3 lines, enter the desired
settings then click the adjacent
Setting
button. When that item is loaded, then also click the
IP Set-
Setting
button to fully load the changes into the Shelf.
The Network Communication Board Mac Address is visible but is not user-configurable.
Final settings made on this page for the Network Communication
Board are visible on the Control Module’s display by pressing the
‘
↵
’ (ENTER) button several times
to view the
Shelf IP information
.
Clicking the
