– Audio Path Diagram
The following diagram shows the adjustable amplifiers that may be controlled through the Configuration
web page.

The amplifiers work as follows:
1.
Headset Port Gains:
a.
Earphone Gain: Volume level of the earphone amplifier. Adjusts all volumes equally.
b.
Mic Gain: Gain on the mic input.
c.
ICS Sidetone: Set the fixed volume heard by a crew member when keying ICS. For other
crew members, the sidetone level is added on to the volume set by the ICS volume pot.
d.
TX Sidetone: Set the fixed volume heard by a crew member when keying Radio
Transmit. For other crew members, the sidetone level is added on to the volume set by
the ICS volume pot or Transmit Sidetone pot (if present)
2.
Radio Port Gains:
a.
RX Gain: Sets the receive gain for this radio port. Will change the gain for all listeners.
b.
TX Gain: Sets the transmit gain for all listeners.
c.
Default Gain: Sets the volume of radios without a volume adjustment knob. If a volume
pot is present, the default volume is added to the volume level from the pot.
3.
Alert Tone Volume: Volume heard by all crew members who may hear the alert.
