With your head in an upright position, place the cone
tip of the dispenser fully into the ear canal opening.
Dispense
one pump
of oil into the ear canal by
depressing the pump.

Remove the dispenser from the ear and tilt your head to
the side. Allow oil to run down to the eardrum by keeping
your head tilted for
one to two minutes
. You may hear
or feel the oil when it reaches the eardrum.

Repeat on the opposite ear.
