points:

2-To make the guarantee valid, you just have to show this guarantee and the ticket of purchase
3-Soriana will repair or change the product without charge to the consumer.
4-The parts can be purchased in the repair shop of Soriana
5-The time of repair will not exceed 30 days
6-This guarantee is not valid if
a)The product has been used in conditions different to normal
b)The product has not been operated as per the instruction manual
c)The product has been altered or repaired by non authorized people
