Inspect all components, including the main unit, supply cord,
and plugs, for any signs of damage. Take off all screws.
If any parts or hardware pieces are missing or damaged,
please contact customer service at support@eastoak.com.
In your email, include your shipping address and product
information. We will send you replacement parts for free.
Place the product vertically on the ground and connect the
plug to the socket. Turn on the switch and connect the power,
to check if the heater can work well.
