I/O.WEIGHT.OUT is the page that allows you to de
fi
ne the type of Weight of Totaliza on alarm
that you will be u lizing. Access this screen by
fi
rst pressing the I/O Bu on from the
TOP.MENU page. Then, press the ALARM Bu on, followed by the TARGET Bu on, and
fi
nally,
the WEIGHT OUTPUT Bu on. The two types of Weight Alarms to choose from are Pulsed
Weight Alarms, or Latch Weight Alarms. A Pulsed Weight Alarm will allow you to choose a
Weight Target and when that amount of weight, or Total Weight, passes through the meter,
the alarm will be tripped for a set dura on of me. A Latch Weight Alarm will trip as soon as
the Target Weight is reached and will remain tripped, or “latched”, un l the Totaliza on count
is reset. For instruc ons on Totaliza on reset, please see the TOP.RUN page in the Screen
Guide sec on of Chapter 4.
Pressing the OUTPUT Bu on will allow you to choose between a Pulsed Weight Alarm or a
Latch Weight Alarm. If a Pulsed Weight Alarm is chosen, a dura on for the Pulsed Alarm can
be chosen as well. This is accomplished by pressing the DURATION Bu on and entering an
alarm dura on in seconds. The Totaliza on Count is reset once the Pulse Alarm me expires.
*Please note that while a dura on can be entered even while a Latch Weight Alarm is selected,
the dura on entered will have no e

ect unless a Pulse Weight Alarm is chosen.
