Trays-Prone

7. To adjust tray height, loosen knob on the back 

of unit and set to desired position. Tighten knob 

securely.

To adust the angle, loosen the knob on the side 

of tray and set to desired position. Tighten knob 

securely.

 

Knee Pads

8. To adjust the multi-adjustable knee pad height, 

loosen the knob. Adjust to desired position. Tighten 

securely.

9. To adjust the multi-adjustable knee pad depth, 

loosen the knob. Adjust to desired position. Tighten 

securely. 

To adjust the multi-adjustable knee pad position, 

loosen knob and move or rotate to desired position.

7. There are 4 pads, 3 pads have straps on them, 

they are the pelvic support pad, supine upper body 

support pad and prone upper body support pad. 

The other pad without the strap is the head sup-

port. 

Remove 2 bolts from the parts bag and place one 

of the pads with the strap on to the unit as shown. 

Tighten bolts securely.

8. Place upper body support bracket into tube as 

shown. Depress the spring button.

9. While supporting the upper body support 

bracket, place one of the large knobs from the parts 

bag onto the unit as shown. Tighten securely.
