Flip up the rear frame to allow easier access to
the post. Attach the front and rear frames to
one another.

Place the two coved nuts into the bottom of
the frame and flush with the tube. You may
have to tap them in with a rubber hammer to
make them flush.
6.
Place the two bolts into the top of the frame
and screw into the coved nut, making sure they
are flush. Tighten securely.
