Assembly

1. Remove all parts from the box. Remove the two bolts

and two coved nuts from front frame.

2. Flip up the rear frame to allow easier access to the post.

Attach the front and rear frames to one another.

3. Place the two coved nuts into the bottom of the frame

and flush with the tube. You may have to tap them in with

a rubber hammer to make them flush.
