1 . Remove all parts from each box and remove
all packaging.
Position the base of the unit as shown to install
the casters on to the caster brackets.
2 . Remove the hardware on both casters and set
out as shown. This is how the hardware will be
assembled. The casters are supplied with a
locking compound pre-applied to the threaded
stem. Do not remove this material, it is important
to prevent the casters from loosening over time.
Make sure the caster is in the lock position as
shown.
3 . Place metal washer onto the stud of the
caster.

Caster Brackets
40A . For the Standard Actuator Handle, remove
bolts and nuts from the pump handle socket.
Place pump handle socket onto pump and align
holes. Place bolts through top of the pump
handle socket and place nuts on bottom. Tighten
securely.
40B . For the Adjustable/Removable Actuator
Handle, remove pull pin from the pump socket
41 . Insert pump handle and secure pull pin into
place.
42 . Remove bolts from pump handle top. Place
pump handle top on pump handle and align
holes. Tighten securely.
43 . If the optional Elbow Pad Cutout was
ordered, remove the Chest Pad from tray.
Disregard bolts, replace bolts with bolts in the
bag with the Elbow Pad Cutout.
Place Elbow Pad Cutout onto the tray. Line up
Chest Pad bracket with holes, insert bolts into
Tray and Elbow Pad Cutout. Tighten securely.
