Option Adjustments & Usage

Trays

Black Molded/Swing-Away Tray Height

58. To adjust tray height, loosen knobs on the 

back of unit and set to desired position. Tighten 

securely.

Black Molded Tray Depth

59. To adjust the tray, loosen the knobs on each 

side until resistance is felt, then flip the gray lever 

in the center of the knob fully open.

DO NOT continue to turn the knob 

counterclockwise. Forcing the knob past its stop 

will damage the mechanism.

The tray may now be removed completely, or 

adjusted to the desired position using the click 

detent positions as a guide. Once desired 

position is achieved, tighten knobs securely. 

Swing-Away Tray Depth

60. Loosen knob under the tray, pull or push into 

desired position. Tighten securely.

Swing-Away Tray Angle

61. To adjust tray angle, loosen ratchet handles 

on both sides of the tray, set to desired 

position. Tighten securely.

Swing-Away Tray Swing-Away

62. Loosen knob on one side only until you are 

able to swing tray away. 

63. Swing tray away to allow for transfers.

31. Loosen knob and insert upper body 

support into the support tube and tighten 

knob securely. Tighten set screw.

32. If the face aperture was ordered. 

Depress the spring button and place it onto 

the support tube. 

33. If the push handle for the tray was 

ordered, place tray as shown, remove the 2 

bolts from the support brackets on the tray. 

Make sure the coved brackets stay in place.
