Section 1: General information
The vertical adapter bolts directly to the rear
primary terminal pads. This adapter will
not accommodate cable adapters, only bus
connections. A three-pole breaker will use a set
of six adapters (eight for four-pole). All required
mounting hardware is provided. Torque all bolts
to 37–43 ft-lbs (50–58 Nm).
Section 2: Installation of
vertical adapters
To install the vertical adapters, proceed with the
following two steps:

Assemble as shown with the hardware
provided. Assembly to a load conductor is
demonstrated.
