9.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
If the unit does not operate properly check the following:
1) Check to see if all wires are securely connected to the
Addressable Relay II.
2) Check the baud rate selection.
3) Check the INCOM network wiring.
4) Check to see that the address is set correctly.
5) Check to see that the software is configured correctly.
There are no user serviceable parts on the Addressable
Relay II. The user should not attempt servicing this
equipment. Please contact your local Cutler-Hammer
representative or the Power Quality Technical Support
Center (PQTSC) for service information.
