Binary Counter
The Primary / Secondary / Cause binary counter
object is a 32-bit encoded value. The high byte
of the high word (bits 31-24) is the primary
status as listed in
Table 11
. The low byte of the
high word (bits 23-16) is the secondary status as
listed in
Table 12
. The low word (bits 15-0) is
the cause–of–status (pertaining to the primary
status) as listed in
Table 13
