Product Warranty, RMA, and Contact Information
Eaton guarantees that every ELPRO 645M Modem will be free
from physical defects in material and workmanship for three
(3) years from the date of purchase when used within the limits
set forth in the specifications section of this manual.
If the product proves defective during the warranty period,
contact Eaton Customer Service to obtain a Return Material
Authorization (RMA).

NUMBER AND BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES ON
HAND WHEN CALLING.
When returning a product, mark the RMA clearly on the outside
of the package. Include a complete description of the problem
and the name and telephone number of a contact person.
RETURN REQUESTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT
THIS INFORMATION.
For units in warranty, customers are responsible for shipping
charges to Eaton. For units returned out of warranty, customers
are responsible for all shipping charges. Return shipping
instructions are the responsibility of the customer.
