To add a user
1. Click
User Management
on the menu.
2. Click
Add User
.
3. Enter a username and password, and confirm the password.
Passwords must be at least eight characters.
4. Select a role for the user.
5. Click
Create
to add the user.
6. To add additional users, repeat steps 2 through 5.
7. When you have finished adding users, click
Save and Activate
Changes
.
To retire a user
1. Click
User Management
on the menu.
2. In the Status column for the user, click
Retire
.
3. Click
OK
to confirm.
The user’s status changes from “Active” to “Retired.”
4. Click
Save and Activate Changes
.
This disables access to the module by the retired user.
To change a user password
1. Click
User Management
on the menu.
2. In the Password column for the user, click
Change
.
3. Enter a new password for the user and confirm the new
password.
4. Click
Apply
.
5. Click
Save and Activate Changes
.
Recovery after lost admin password
If you lose the password for your admin account, you need to
restore the device to factory default settings to restore the default
Admin password. Refer to “Restoring the factory default settings”
on
page 67
.
