Presence
The effects of the menu item shown here depend on the PBX used. The presence dialog allows its availability to be set
easily and to connect the automatic output of a message that is sent to a potential caller to inform them why the recipient
cannot be reached right now. Setting is done with the
Activity
selection parameter, which is to be set to the value that
gives a reason for the unavailability or to the nameless (empty) value that is to be set when the recipient can be reached
again and no message should be sent. A message can be individually expanded in the
Note
input parameter.

The acoustic ring melody signaling (ringing) is switched off.

The acoustic ring melody signaling (ringing) is switched off and the caller is sent a text message
which can be specified in the Out of office note input parameter.
Ring once
The acoustic ring melody signaling (ringing) is limited to the output of a single ring signal.
Silence
The acoustic ring melody signaling (ringing) and the optical signaling of the call in the display are
switched off.
Busy
As with the silence setting, the phone behaves toward the caller as if it were busy.

The dialog makes it possible to limit the signaling of inbound calls, for example in order to work without interruption. The
activated do not disturb is indicated by the icon in the display’s viewing area when the phone is in idle mode.
To change the do not disturb settings, first press the key to open the dialog of the same name. Set your desired
configuration for the dialog elements described below and, if you have changed settings, press the menu key as many
times as necessary until the saving of the changes is confirmed by the text overlay
