4.3.3.2 Transfer
With the initiation of the transfer by pressing the key, you initially remain connected with your conversational partner
A, and the phone asks you to input the subscriber number for subscriber B, whom you want to connect with your
conversational partner A. After successful input and final pressing of the key, the transfer process begins. Here your
original conversational partner A calls the subscriber B you have selected; you yourself have ended the call and can hang
up the receiver.

4.3.4 Miscellaneous
4.3.4.1 Subscriber numbers
Your phone can not only dial normal subscriber numbers, but also H.323 names and IP addresses. If a subscriber number
includes characters other than the numerical characters 0-9 | * | #, it will be interpreted as an H.323 name. A preceding @
symbol in an H.323 name will be automatically removed before dialling.
4.3.4.1.1 Manual input in immediate dial mode
This mode supports only the input of the characters 0-9 | * | # from the numeric keypad and dials the characters step-by-
step with the input.
4.3.4.1.2 Manual input in indirect dialling mode
This mode supports the input of numerical and text characters, allows for the correction of input errors and dials the
input character sequence as a single block if you identify the input as complete by pressing . This mode is indicated
by a small, inversely displayed box in the lower right corner of the display. The box here indicates whether the input is
currently in numerical mode
