5.1.6.6.16 “Redirect” function for selected key f
Function key f causes inbound calls to be diverted to the destination configured in the dialog without an interim
connection to the caller. For inbound calls, press function key f. The device then diverts the pending or waiting call to the
configured destination.

5.1.6.6.17 “Phone lock” function for selected key f
Function key f controls the switching on/off of the phone lock. Before the switching of the lock introduced by pressing
function key f becomes effective, the device asks the user to input the PIN number, which must then be concluded by
pressing the key. The switched-on lock is symbolized by the icon, which is shown on the left in the display footer
when the device is in idle mode.

5.1.6.6.19 “Hotdesk” function for selected key f
Function allows for the flexible change from user 1 to a callable co-user. For this purpose, function key f must be pressed,
whereupon the
Register
dialog opens, in which the co-user is defined who is to be registered and activated. Pressing
the menu key is followed by the registration of the selected user, whose name/phone number replaces that of the
previously active user in the display header. The next actuation of the function key f causes the user change in the
opposite direction; the registration of the co-user is deleted and user 1 becomes the phone’s active user again.
