Section 2: Internal remote installation of LCS
Proceed with the following 6 steps to install the LCS:
Step1: To remove the circuit breaker front cover, remove
the hexagonal mounting screws (four for 3 pole breakers
and six for 4 pole breakers) from the circuit breaker’s front
cover using a 10 mm socket wrench. Then pull down on the
charging handle and keep it at 45° angle. Then, remove the
front cover.
Step 2: Remove the accessory from the accessory bracket
display position (if installed), lift the accessory lock up, slide
the accessory out slowly, and then remove the accessory
toward the front of the circuit breaker. Do not disconnect the
connection wires.
Step 3: Insert the connector on the LCS into the circuit
board of the closing coil, and insert the LCS into the LCS
slot on the additional bracket. Make sure the LCS is fully
installed.

Step 4: Re-install all the accessories removed in Step 2.
Step 5: Check the installation effect.
CAUTION
Make sure to press down the circuit breaker closing button
first to ensure the circuit breaker is not charged. Failure to
follow this procedure could result in serious consequences.
When the circuit breaker is in open and not charged state,
release the tripper bar by pressing down its platform (the
rotation blocking part of the tripper bar). The LCS does not
act. A “tick” sound can be heard from the switch.
Now start charging manually by the handle. When the circuit
breaker is fully charged, the tripper bar is in the locked posi-
tion (platform plane). Repeat the above procedure by press-
ing down the tripper bar platform to release it. Then a “tick”
sound can be heard.
Step 6: Re-install the front cover, and press the closing but-
ton. Release all the energy from the mechanism by pressing
the opening button to make the circuit breaker in open and
released state.
