The 520MC is designed for
applications where some
communication capability of
load and status is required .
The 520MC trip unit
communicates current-based
information and breaker status .
The 520MC is ideally suited for
application on feeder breakers
and can be used in tandem
with mains and tie breakers
that are equipped with the
full metering and monitoring
capability of the 1150+ trip
unit . The communication
feature requires customer
supplied auxiliary power and
the Ground (Earth) Alarm/
Power Supply Module in order
to function .
