To gain access to terminal block TB1 and the interface entry conduit landing plate, remove the screws
securing the top internal safety shield panel and remove the panel. Retain the hardware for later use (see
Figure 4-21).
6.
Remove the left interface entry conduit landing plate to drill or punch holes (see Figure 4-16).
7.
Reinstall the interface entry plate and install conduit.
8.
To locate the appropriate terminals and review the wiring and termination requirements, see paragraph
3.2.3, Table 4-1, and Figure 4-21through Figure 4-24.
9.
Route and connect the wiring as shown in Table 4-2 and Figure 4-29.
10. If the normally-closed REPO TB1 connection in the UPS is not used, connect a jumper wire between pins
1 and 2 on TB1.
11. If you are installing multiple REPO switches, wire additional switches in parallel with the first REPO.

12. If required, install wiring from the REPO switch to the trip circuitry of the upstream protective devices. A
second contact block is provided on the REPO switch for this function (see Figure 4-28). The REPO switch
wiring must be in accordance with NEC Article 725 Class 2 requirements.
13. Reinstall the top internal safety shield panel and secure with the retained hardware.
14. Reinstall the front door removed in Step 4 and secure with the retained hardware.
15. Close the door and secure the latch.
