11. Warranty Services
11.1 Application Range of Warranty Services
1. Products with free warranty service must meet the following conditions:
⚫
Function well within the specified product warranty period;
⚫
Product performance failure and other quality reasons;
⚫
The UAV code, factory label and other marks are consistent with the
information in the order confirmation sheet, and there is no sign of tear or
alteration;
⚫
Provide legal and valid purchase certificate (contract or invoice) and
warranty card.
2. Any damage or failure of warranty parts caused by the following reasons shall
not be covered by the free warranty:
⚫
Equipment failure or damage caused by the user or operator's self-
disassembly of flight control, GPS and communication module, ESC
module and power motor;
⚫
Equipment failure or damage caused by abnormal factors such as water
inflow;
⚫
Damage caused by the user or operator not following the instructions or
operating procedures;
⚫
Fault or damage caused by forced use of the product by users or
