Cleaning

Remove the emptying cover clean the chemical tank and filling strainer.
x
Fill the tank with clean water and thoroughly rinse the unit, including the hose and spry tube.
x
Drain off the residual water.
Care and maintenance
x
Regularly clean the air filter insert with petrol.
x
Check the electrode clearance of the spark plug (0,5-0,6 mm). Remove any soot.
Storing for the winter and protecting against freezing
x
Thoroughly clean the sprayer inside and outside.
x
Remove the spark plug, pour a few drops of oil into the plug opening and pull the recoil starter slowly
2-3 times. Adjust the piston to top dead centre (TDC) and re-insert the plug.
x
Store the sprayer in a frost proof room or empty completely (including the hose and spray tube).
Troubleshooting
The purpose of this checklist is to assist you in rectifying minor malfunctions. If despite these efforts the
problem still cannot be solved, please consult your dealer.
Pump
Pump does not suck in:
The dust extraction hose is the matter?
The dust extraction hose tighten.
The dust extraction hose is clogged?
The dust extraction hose dismantle and clean.
The suction valve does not close?
Check the suction valve

The valve spring is broken?
Replace the valve spring.
The plunger gasket is worn or damaged?
Replace the gasket, inspect the plunger.
Pump has a poor spry pattern:
The nozzle is clogged?
Clean the nozzle.
The nozzle is opening enlarged?
Fit a new nozzle.
The speed or the pressure is too low?
Increase the speed or the pressure.
The nozzle is too large?
Fit smaller nozzle.
The pressure regulator is worn?
Check the press regulator, renew if necessary, reverse valve seat.
Leakage at bottom between engine and pump:
The pumping rotary shaft seal is defective?
Renew the pumping rotary shaft seal.
Is pump damaged?
Renew pump.
