Part’s Function
When the water pressure in the central heating system reaches 3 bar, it opens the discharge
end and discharges the excess water.
Impact in Case of Malfunction
1- May cause low pressure error due to excessive water discharge.
2- May cause high pressure error due to no water discharge.
3- There is a risk of leakage in installation if the user continues to fill water after high
pressure error.

Check for water leakage from the safety valve tip when the water pressure in the central
heating circuit is in the 0.8-2.5 bar range.

Safety Valve On-Off Pressure
Test
Fill the central heating system with water by opening the filling tap. The safety valve should
start discharging due to high water pressure in the 2.7-3.3 bar range and continue the
discharge until the water pressure drops to 2.5-2.7 bar range.
