TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Solution
The TV won't turn on.
Check that the plug of the power cord is firmly
plugged into an electrical outlet. Unplug the TV from
the power supply, wait about 60 seconds and then
plug the TV in again and power on.
Poor TV signal reception.
Tall buildings or nearby hills can cause interference
to the broadcast signal and "ghosting" or other
image errors. Changing the antenna orientation can
improve picture quality.
If you use an inside antenna, reception can be
worse under certain circumstances. Try changing
the antenna positioning to improve reception. If the
picture does not improve, use an outdoor antenna.

Remote controller does not operate.
The remote control must be removed from the
plastic bag it came in before first use.
Try moving the remote control closer to the TV.
The front of the remote control should be pointed
directly at the TV.
Check that the batteries are inserted correctly in the
control, or try using new batteries.
Make sure there are no obstacles between the
remote control and the TV that could prevent proper
signal transmission.
No image from the connected PC.
Check that the cable is properly connected at both
ends or that it is not bent/damaged in some places.
When the device is connected to the RCA port,
