Initial station search
Iif this unit is turned on in the TUNER mode the first time and you press the
MODE
button, the radio switches
to DAB mode. The display shows the progress of the station search:

Number of stations found
The radio searches for all usable stations (full scan) and automatically stores them in positions 1-20. The initial
search takes a few minutes. After searching, the clock is set and the radio plays the name of the first station in
the sequence. To search for another station, read the next section.
Station search
To search for another DAB station using the top panel controls:
•
Turn the
TUNING
selector. The station list appears (<Station list>).
•
Press the
TUNING/SELECT
button to select the displayed station. The radio tunes to the desaired station
after a short delay.
Volume control
To adjust the volume from the top panel controls:
You can lower or increase the volume by turning the
VOLUME
button.
Setting the time
SETTING TIME AND DATE:
This option allows for manual setting of the time and date when the DAB signal is
not available.
Manual setting of time and date:
•
If the device is in the Standby mode, press
MENU
and then turn the button
TUNING
. Choose the option
Set Clock. Press
TUNING/SELECT
to confirm the action.
•
Set the clock mode (12/24 hours): Turn the knob
TUNING/ SELECT
to select the time format (12 or 24
hours) and press again to go to the next setting.
•
Set the hours by turning the knob
TUNING/SELECT
and press it to confirm.
•
Set the minutes by turning the knob
TUNING/SELECT
and press it to confirm.
Software version
This option displays the version number of the software currently installed on your radio. This information will
help the technician who services this product.
If the unit is in the Standby mode, press
MENU
and then turn the knob
TUNING
to select the item SW Version.
Press
TUNING/SELECT
to confirm the action. The display shows the current software version.
Source selection
Sound source
You can use the radio to listen to any of the following sources:
•
TUNER: Radio DAB+/FM
•
CD/MP3
•
MP3 from USB drive
•
Cassette tape
•
AUX source (if connected via the AUX connector on the right side of the device).
