CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the appliance before disassembling or cleaning.
2. Wipe the outside of the motor unit with a clean damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
3. Wash the blades, lid and anti-slip pad in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.
4. Do not put any part of the appliance in the dishwasher. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
5. When handling knives, take extra care to avoid injury - the knives are sharp. For cleaning, use clean water
to see the blade clearly.
6. Dry the device before reassembling the parts. Store in a dry, clean place.

This is normal with a new motor.
If you have used the motor several
times and still smell it, contact a

Check that the mains voltage is
not too low.
Allow the appliance rest for 20-30
minutes.
The blade jammed.

Switch off the motor, unplug the
appliance, pull out the food and
cut it into small pieces.

1. Remove the food from the
container and assemble the
blades correctly.
2. Place the appliance on a
smooth, even surface.
3. Check, if the voltage is not
too high.
4. Switch off the motor, unplug
the appliance and remove the
excess food.
If the problem persists, please contact your service center or dealer. Never disassemble the device yourself.
