Before you start using the device, please read the instructions in this manual carefully and keep
the manual in a safe place. If this appliance will be passed on to another person, this manual
should be included. The manufacturer and the vendor are not liable, when instructions in this
manual are not followed!

Purpose
This device is designed for slicing, cutting and grinding/grating fruits, vegetables, nuts, chocolate and hard
cheeses.
This device is not suitable for cutting extremely hard products (e. g. nutmeg, coff ee beans or cereals).
The appliance
is not
a meat grinder! The appliance is not suited to cut meat.
The appliance is designed for home use and is not suitable for commercial applications.
The appliance may be used only as described in this manual. Any other use is prohibited.
Risk of fi re and electric shock.
To prevent fi re or injury by electric shock, always keep basic precautions when using electric appliances,
including the following:
1.
Make sure the voltage in your outlet corresponds to the voltage provided on the appliance label and that
the socket is properly grounded. The outlet must be installed according to valid safety instructions. The
electrical outlet has to be easily accessible after plugging in the appliance.
2. Never use the appliance if the power cable is damaged.
All repairs including cord replacements
shall be performed by a professional service centre! Never remove the protective covers of the
appliance, risk of electric shock!
3. Protect the appliance from direct contact with water and other liquids, to prevent possible injury from
electric shock.
4. Do not use the appliance outside or in wet environment and do not touch the power cord or the
appliance with wet hands. Risk of electric shock.
5. Do not leave the appliance unattended with the power cord plugged in the outlet. Disconnect the cord
from the electrical outlet prior to performing maintenance. Do not pull the cord from the outlet by
yanking the cord. Unplug the cord from the outlet by grasping the plug.
6. Do not use the appliance if there are fl ammable gasses present in the air.
