Full opening of the grilling plates of the appliance
•
Grasp the handle with one hand and with the other hand press the plates‘ opening button (2) in order to
open the grilling plates to straight, 180° position.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Unplug the appliance from the power supply and wait until the appliance and the plates cool thoroughly
before cleaning.
•
Clean the outside surface using only slightly wet cloth to prevent water, oil or grease seeping into the
ventilation openings.
•
When cleaning the plates, you can leave them on the appliance or remove them ( in that case press the
lock buttons (7) near the handle and remove the plates). If you leave the plates in the appliance, wipe them
using damp cloth or tea towel. If you remove the plates, they can be washed under running water. Then
dry them thoroughly.
•
Do not clean the interior or exterior surfaces using abrasive powders or cleaners or aggressive chemical
cleaning products based on lye or acids. You would damage the exterior finish of the appliance.
•
Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
