Generally
•
If the power cord is damaged it is necessary to have it changed by the manufacturer or
its service or a similarly authorised person.
•
Disconnect the product from the power socket before changing accessories or handling
the moving parts.
•
Pay extra attention when preparing food for small children, elderly or disabled persons.
Always check that the hand mixer is completely sterile. Carry out the sterilisation
according to the manufacturer's instructions.
•
Never touch the knives if the product is connected to the power socket.
•
Keep fi ngers, hair, clothing and various household items away from moving parts.
• Disconnect the product from the power socket after use and before changing
accessories.
•
Never mix hot oil or fat.
• Do not allow small children or disabled persons to use the hand mixer without
supervision.
•
Never use the mixer if it is damaged. Have it inspected or repaired.
•
Never place the mixer base into water and do not allow the power cord or plug to be
wet - this could lead to injury by electric shock.
•
Protect the power cord from contact with hot surfaces. Do not allow it to hang down
into space where it could be grabbed by a child.
•
Never use accessories not supplied with the product.
•
If you leave the mixer without supervision or if handling the mixer in any way, changing
accessories or cleaning, always turn the product off by pulling the power plug out of the
power socket!
Assembly of the cutter
•
When handling the cutter knife it is necessary to be careful, especially when removing it
from the container, when emptying the container and when cleaning. Do not touch the
knife blades.
•
Remove the cutter knife before emptying the container.
•
Remove the cover only after the knives have come to a complete stop.
