#5
- SOLENOID VALVE FAIL INDICATION
NOTE: Control boards 53050-3 and above now have a resettable fuse for
additional Solenoid Circuit protection. Once the fault is corrected, the vaporizer
should resume normal operation after pushing the start button.
This indicates an electrical failure of the solenoid valve. Check the wiring and the
solenoid valve coil. A shorted solenoid may damage the control board. After
repairing the solenoid and the solenoid is still not operational the control board
most likely is not operational.
See Solenoid Valve Electrical Checks.
#6
- OPERATING TEMPERATURE MISADJUSTED
The "ON" and "OFF" temperatures on the control board are maladjusted. This
condition typical occurs when the "ON" temperature setpoint is adjusted higher
than the "OFF" temperature setpoint.
See Operating Temperature Adjustment Procedure.
#7
- DOWNSTREAM PRESSURE SWITCH
No longer used. But if encountered means that the Economy Options is being
used without the Auto Restart Option enabled. Some Custom configurations use
this input
#8
- SOFTWARE ERROR:
This is a self-test of the control board microprocessor. If this failure occurs,
replace the control board. Call the factory for disposition of the control board:

#9
- ON BOARD FUSE BLOWN
NOTE: Control boards 53050-3 and above now have a resettable fuse. Once
the fault is corrected, the vaporizer should resume normal operation after
pushing the start button.
For control board below 53050-3 version this indicates that a fuse is blown on
the control board. A fuse protects the switch inputs on J1 and the float switch. If
you encounter this failure you must check that none of the switch inputs are
shorted to ground or wired to a power source during installation. The control
board is not field repairable and needs to be returned to the factory for repair.
